Equine Embodiment Experience

Self. Contact. Direction.

An embodied experience with horses for teams and leaders.

Build a connection, set a direction and guide your own horse — first at the stables, then out on a nature trail.

01 / THE EXPERIENCE

Your horse doesn't know your job title

We created this experience for people who already make decisions, take responsibility, lead teams and deliver results. We're not here to teach leadership or introduce another management framework.

Instead, you step into a setting where many of your familiar tools no longer work.

Your horse knows nothing of your title, status or professional experience. You can't win it over with an argument, manage its impression of you or explain why it should do what you ask.

It responds to what's happening between you: how clear your signal is, how consistent you are, where your attention goes and whether you maintain connection and direction.

02 / SELF. CONTACT. DIRECTION.

Three elements.
One living experience.

SELF

Your state

What happens within me when I can't fully control the situation?

Notice your attention, tension and effort — and how your inner state shapes what you do.

CONTACT

Connection

Can I hold my intention while staying aware of the other?

Receive feedback and adjust your actions without turning the encounter into a struggle.

DIRECTION

Direction

How much energy do I really need to create movement and keep it going?

Stay clear, steady and engaged as you discover how much influence is actually needed.

03 / DESIGNED FOR YOUR TEAM

One format. Different questions.

We shape each Equine Embodiment Experience around your group's needs.

Leadership and management · control · fear · boundaries · trust · communication · decision-making · teamwork.

Up to 8 participants. We'll discuss every detail with you personally.

04 / HOW IT UNFOLDS

A short
riding adventure.

After meeting the horses and completing a safety briefing, we leave the stables for forest paths and natural trails.

Each participant has their own horse. ESSI guides accompany the group, but nobody leads your horse by the reins: you guide it yourself.

No previous riding experience is required. Before setting out, we explain basic riding aids and safety. We adapt the programme and route to the group.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION

What to wear

Long, comfortable trousers with some stretch and no bulky inner seams, large pockets or metal details. Leggings, sports trousers or soft, broken-in jeans work well.

Comfortable, closed-toe shoes with a stable sole, preferably already broken in.

Dress for the weather and bring layers. Avoid very bulky or loose, flapping clothing.

Gloves are required. A lightweight raincoat is recommended; sunglasses are optional.

What to carry on horseback

Less is more.

Keep your phone and small essentials in a compact waist bag that fits securely and leaves your hands free.

No photos or videos while riding. We'll stop in a safe place when you want to take pictures.

What we provide

Your horse, helmet, gloves, tack and support from ESSI guides.

Do I need riding experience?

No. We start with a briefing covering safety and the basic principles of guiding your horse.

We tailor the programme and route to your group.
